100th Day Celebration
By Mr. Howitt
On Friday, January 24th the Potter-Dix Elementary students accepted the Survivor Challenge to celebrate the 100th day of school.
Students were divided into their tribes, designed their tribal flags, and took part in six different challenges. The challenges ranged from physical challenges to mental contests. A very interesting adaptation of an eight-legged race focused on teamwork and cooperation.
A big thank you to all the elementary teachers for designing the challenges that got all the students involved. Thank you to Karen and Teresa for providing the halftime snack and having lunch ready when the competition was over. It was a great day to be a Coyote on the 100th day of school!
